We’ve implemented privacy standards to guard against identity theft and unauthorized access to personal information. Mentoro uses 256-bit encryption to keep all information indecipherable and private. These are the same procedures and standards used by banks and the military. Additionally, no one ever has access to employees’ account credentials. They may give Mentors & administrators permission to view their information for coaching and support, but the default setting is private.
